Order Not Delivered
If your order hasn’t arrived, please begin by reviewing your shipping confirmation to ensure the delivery address was entered correctly. If the address was incorrect, we can resend the order to the correct address; however, the additional shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Delivery partners will attempt delivery once. If the premises are closed or the recipient is unavailable, the package will be returned to us unless the customer requests a reattempt directly with the delivery agent.
If delivery fails again due to unavailability or a closed location, the order will be sent back to our facility.
Refund Policy
In case of refunds, a shipping fee equal to 10% of the invoice value will be deducted to cover delivery and return shipping charges.
